Deanne is the editor of Lenders101. She is an attorney and shareholder with Bakke Norman Law Office in western Wisconsin. In her private practice, she counsels lenders on collection issues and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. Her creditor representation includes assisting clients with commercial and residential foreclosures, loan opinions, replevins, workout and forbearance agreements and defending against lender liability actions. Deanne also regularly appears in federal bankruptcy court when representing creditors. Her bankruptcy work includes drafting reaffirmation agreements, pursuing adversary actions and litigation to protect creditors’ rights.
Deanne offers a “Lenders Edition” of Bits and Bytes, which provides monthly videos to a distribution list of loan officers, presidents and special asset managers with topical advice on collection issues and bankruptcy.
